How long does shipping take?
Once we have received your order online, domestic (UK) shipping will take no longer than 5 working days. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for international shipping. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail.
Do you ship internationally?

Do you support giveaways and promotions?
Yes of course! We would look at this on a case by case basis. If you are interested doing this please just pop us an email on: email@example.com
I have received a damaged product!
We are so sorry about that! Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the damaged item within 2 days of receiving the product to qualify for a possible replacement.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on orders. Please read through the product description thoroughly before purchasing an item. If you have any questions before purchasing please contact email@example.com and we will be more than happy to assist!
Can I customise my item?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate personal notes, or customisation on orders at this time.
Can I send a personalised note with my order?
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details: your name, order number, and confirmation of cancellation.
Please note that once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Can I change my shipping address for the order?
Please please double check your contact and shipping details before making your order. If you do notice a mistake once you have made an order please get in touch with me right away and I will do my best to amend your order if possible.
